I've recently been asked to take a look at improving the communications of a long-standing family company. When I looked into the situation, Moor Hall Antiques was a business with limited digital output, operating in a shrinking business sector on a high street with declining footfall. It would make for an interesting challenge.
So far so good. There is now a new website up which introduces both the proprietor and his services, as well as a fortnightly journal that highlights some of the curiosities in store. Over the years, the business has built a reputation for classic 19th century antiques and this is the message that needs to be communicated.
