AEclipse Company Report Autumn 2016

Over the last 18 months we have been working hard, developing our data processing platform and building AEclipse. In fact we've been working so intensely in the operations side of the business that we haven't had much chance to sit back and take stock. We are now at the point though where we have tested and refined our services and can start telling the world what we're all about.

We are a company you can trust and as such, we believe in openness and transparency. We want to show our customers (and potential customers) how we are developing as a business. We'll be doing this by sharing our progress reports, complete with not only sales data and what we think we've done well, but also an analysis of what we haven't done so brilliantly.

Since December 2015 we have grown our client base by 500% and are proud of the positive feedback we have received. Perhaps our biggest achievement however is the ongoing collaboration with Pensionsync, a software solution that allows for the delivery of data between payroll, middleware solutions and pension providers. The fact that they continue to recommend AEclipse on a national scale is testament to how far we have come in such a short time.

A key part of our sales strategy is our referral network and so we are happy to announce we have increased the number of introducers by over 300% since the first quarter of this year. Supporting this is a 300% growth in the number of Accountants recommending work to us since the second quarter of 2016, a testimonial that is particularly pleasing as it speaks volumes on the efficiency of our proposition.

Whilst we are happy to say that we are growing quickly, our end to end Auto Enrolment service means that as our client base grows our processing resource must grow with it. It is important for us to maintain a high level of service for our customers and providing access to help with queries and problems means growing the team. After taking on a new marketing executive last month we are pleased to announce we will be recruiting an additional member of the team for a January start.

We are still a very nimble and flexible business. We offer a 'hold your hand' service for employers who want to be navigated through every step of the auto enrolment process, as well as a 'self setup' option suitable for larger companies who do their own payroll and would like to keep auto enrolment in house. As software developers though, we are able to adapt quickly and create solutions to problems.

There is perhaps no better example of this flexibility than our purpose built API that allows us to integrate with Legal & General. This development work has created a noticeable influx of IRIS and SAGE users who are unable to use their existing solutions to work with L&G and adding direct integration with other pension providers is something we will be working on over the next few months.

The coming months will also see us step up the number of seminars and exhibitions we hold across the UK as we continue to build our brand exposure. We will also be looking at ways to offer a better help facility for existing customers. This could take the form of a dedicated help team as well as a repository of helpful guides. More will no doubt be revealed in our next bulletin.
